Terms of service

All Custom Orders require 50% deposit of the purchase price, balance due prior to delivery / shipping. (Payments with check / wire transfer.)

Client shall be responsible for all applicable sales Tax, Client warrants that its use of any resale number it provides to Mastour Galleries, Ine. is valid. 

Client agrees to take delivery or pickup Custom order rugs within 30 days after being notified the order is available, if client wish not pickup the order after this period time, Mastour galleries has right to sell the rug and cover the balance., therefore client looses all their deposit. 

Orders Canceled by Client within first 7 days placing order subject to 20% cancellation fees. 

All Custom Orders Final Sale / No refund / No Exchange. 

in event Client refuse accept delivery on any Custom Orders, client shall be responsible to pay all additional Freight charges / handling fees / storage charges. 

Unless otherwise expressly provided, delivery/shipping/Padding charges do not include charges for inside delivery, unpacking, placement, or installation, all of which are subject to additional charges. 

Since All Rugs Hand Knotted, there is always margin of 2% variation in final size. 

If any sizes different from invoice, All new sizes must be confirmed by email in writing. 

Client shall be liable for all damage to all Rugs during taking Rugs on consignment. 

Once order shipped out, Client will receive tracking info, client responsible to follow up with trucking, once order shipped out Mastour galleries dose not take any further responsibility.

Mastour Galleries, Inc. shall not he liable to Client or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from act cause beyond the reasonable control. 

Client required to notify Mastour galleries within 48 hours receiving order, if there has been any damage, No Claims allowed after such period. 

Once order ship out, client will receive tracking info, its client responsibility to follow with Trucking and arrange delivery. 

Except as expressly herein stated, Mastour Galleries dose not make, any herby specifically disclaims, any representations or warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, any implied warranties arising from a course of dealing or course of performance.

Although Mastour Galleries attempts to give reasonable estimate of delivery dates, since its involve hand knotted products actual delivery dates might be subject to circumstances beyond Mastour galleries control, including delays caused by government inspections, weather, shipping, & events in the country of origin of the goods sold.
